1. Acceptance
By using Spin3D you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What the site does
Spin3D converts an image you choose into a 3D relief and displays it with an optical illusion. Images are processed on your device only. Everything you create stays on your device; we never receive it.
3. Your content and your responsibility
- Fair use. You may only use images you own or have permission to modify and display. Do not use the site to process images you have no rights to, including copyrighted artwork or photographs of identifiable people used in a way that would violate their rights, dignity, or applicable laws.
- Prohibited uses. Do not use the site to create or distribute defamatory, harassing, sexualized, fraudulent (for example impersonation or fake evidence), or otherwise unlawful content. Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-load, or attack the site or its hosting.
- No license from you to us. Because your images never leave your device, we never claim any license over them.
4. No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, accurate, or that specific illusions will work on any particular browser or device.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Your images remain your responsibility; keep your own backups.
6. IP
The site design, code, and name Spin3D belong to the operator. The three.js library is used under the MIT license. Any third-party model or artwork referenced in demonstrations remains the property of its respective owner. The concept of converting images to relief meshes is generic and not licensed from anyone.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe content made with Spin3D that is hosted or distributed elsewhere infringes your rights, contact korumersi@gmail.com with a good-faith statement, identification of the work, and the infringing URL. Note: the site itself does not host user images, so we are usually not in a position to remove copies made by users on their own devices or on other platforms; we will however respond to legally valid notices concerning content hosted by us.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the site at any time, including these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms follow the operator's principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
