Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

1. The short version

Spin3D processes your images entirely inside your browser, on your device. We never receive, upload, store, or see your images. We do not use accounts, cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind.

2. How images are processed

When you pick an image, the file is read with standard browser APIs (File, ObjectURL, Canvas, WebGL). All computation — the depth map, the 3D mesh, and rendering — happens locally in your browser. No image data ever leaves your device. Closing or refreshing the page erases everything.

3. What we collect

Nothing. Specifically:

Our hosting provider (for example Netlify) serves the static files and, like almost any web host, necessarily sees connection metadata such as IP addresses in its infrastructure logs. We do not have access to or control over those provider logs, and we never request, export, or analyze them except to comply with law or investigate abuse. See the provider's own documentation for retention terms.

4. Children

The site contains no age-restricted content and asks for no personal information, so it can be used by anyone. If you are a parent with a concern, contact us.

5. Your rights

Because no personal data is collected, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold any personal data about you (for example from an email you sent us), contact us and we will respond and delete it on request.

Depending on where you live you may have rights under laws such as Indonesia's Law No. 22 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), the EU/UK GDPR, the California CPRA, and others. Since no personal data is processed by us, these rights are largely not applicable to data held by us, but we honor them for any incidental data we do hold (such as correspondence).

6. Third-party content

The three.js library used by this site is its own open-source project (MIT license) and is downloaded from CDN or bundled statically; it performs no data collection.

7. Changes

If we ever change the site to collect any data, we will update this page and the version date above before the change goes live, and will seek consent where required.
